International Orders:

Q: Will I be responsible for import duty, VAT, or other taxes?

A: Yes. Starting April 15th 2011 we will be shipping from two locations, Melbourne, Australia and Los Angeles, California. Depending on your location relative to those areas/countries you may be charged applicable taxes.

Q: I am an international buyer. Will you mark my package as a gift to avoid duty/VAT/import costs in my country?

A: We are sorry, but we cannot mark your package as a gift since this is unlawful and could jeopardize Wallee's ability to continue exporting products.

Shipping:

Q: I live in Melbourne, can I come by and pick one up?

A: Sure! Come say hi :) Email us first at us@thewallee.com to make sure we're ready in our Sunday best.

Q: I live in Los Angeles, can I come by and pick one up?

A: Currently, we don’t have a local pick up option. This may well change in the near future so stay tuned.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, and guess what - standard shipping anywhere is totally FREE.

Q: Do we ship to PO boxes?

A: Yes. We are able to deliver to PO box addresses.

Q: How do you ship?

A: Our free shipping offer is via Australia Post or USPS standard airmail, whichever will get your order delivered quicker. Expedited shipping is offered at an additional fee and is selectable during checkout.  Please note, tracking is generally not available on orders shipped via our standard shipping option.

Q: Do you send an email when me order ships?

A: Yes.

Q: Can I update my shipping address?

A: Yes, you can change your shipping address up until the day it leaves our warehouse in preparation to be shipped.
